I find the service at this station to be excellent. They keep me well informed via email during the servicing as to what is necessary - this I appreciate very much.

Fantastic responsiveness. There were multiple issues to resolve my problem, but the team was always pleasant to work with and saw the issue through tot he end, including a no-cost follow-up to get a better feeling that they had finally resolved the issue.

This used to be my go-to shop for tire work. Unlike most garages, they've got a top-of-the-line road-force balancer and give you a detailed, printed report (in full color, too!*see below). They're also within walking distance of all the restaurants and cafes on California Avenue, so there's a good way to kill the time while you are waiting (since their only waiting area is a bench outside). "Used to be" my go-to shop because their prices have jumped up 50% ($60 wheel balance is now $90!). I get prices having to go up, but maybe try $5 or $10 increments?! And despite making an appointment for the work, they still told me it'd take 2 hours for something any reasonably experienced tech could do in well under an hour. In the end, it took maybe 90 minutes, but the disappointment had already sunk in. Hey, maybe if you work faster, you'd service more customers and make more money, and wouldn't have to jack up the prices so much?! After everything, I still got my detailed report printed out, but the color ink, like my patience with this shop, has run out.

If you have a classic Mustang , you owe it to your car to have the people at Palo Alto Shell look at it. They will find all the little things that need to be done to put the get up and go into your Mustang.

I used the online appointment scheduler to set up my appointment, and arrived on time: 3:OOpm Saturday. Staffing in the garage was light that day. Even with that, I was checked-in within about 5 minutes after showing the discount coupon on my phone. I waited on the bench provided to customers for my test to be completed. I had been told about 25 minutes, but it took only between 15-20 minutes. Couldn't ask for more! Very efficient in all regards.
