Loved pre-scheduling my smog test online and getting a discount for it. Arrived early and was greeted, not ignored when I got there. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me (1/7/26 at 11:30am). He was fantasticvery professional and clear about instructions, wait time, and expectations. Service was competed quickly and within the time promised. Also liked that I could go to the Starbucks nearby and get work done while and they sent a text message telling me when the service was completed. The post-test instructions were clear and, again, service and professionalism by the same gentleman were excellent!
