My car drives pretty tight and no strange sound heard when steering. The PSI of the tires kind of concern me due to the low numbers., yet appeared to be alright. Oil change done with a reset of 99%. The computerized report on the neeeded services to the car is pretty helpful in prioritizing service repair. Very satisfying Services .

I have been to Palo Alto Shell twice now for battery slow charges, and I have had a fantastic customer service experience both times. The person with whom I've dropped off my car has been kind, helpful, and clear. Hopefully I don't have much more car trouble in the near future, but if and when I do I will absolutely keep going to Palo Alto Shell.

The whole process could not have been more simple and easy. Ravi at Palo Alto Shell was in contact as soon as my tires arrived at the shop. Dropped my wheels off, and had new tires installed that same day. Highly recommend this shop if you order tires online and want them installed locally.

Really happy with the service I was given!

They took my car promptly at the appointment time and completed the smog check in 25 minutes. My 1997 auto required the Star dynamometer test, so this meant they worked very efficiently. Great job - thanks.
