Had my old Honda towed to Palo Alto shell when it broke down on the road. Appreciate their willingness to help and patience when it took me a few extra days to pick it up.

The repair of two steering power hoses were leaking which caused drying up or lots of noise of the steering wheel when in driving gear. It took 5 days for this service repair to complete and cost was $1231.05. The steering wheel in driving gear is beautifully tight and no audio distraction is heard. Awesome Shell team’s services given. Great job.

I had the team at Palo Alto Shell mount my snow tires and rims and recently take them off and put on the original wheels for the summer time. I am impressed with how professional, clean, well mannered and generally nice everyone is here. From the mechanics to the cashier everyone was very nice and the whole place is super clean. Not to mention their price for gas is reason able too! Highly recommend using the station for you mechanic needs and gas if you are local.
