I'm a repeat customer, and typically have Tire Rack send tires here for any of our family's cars and have these guys mount and balance them. Sometimes I drop off just the wheels, sometimes the car. They always do a great job for a good price. I dropped by today to get a flat tire checked out and repaired and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Had extensive 100k mile service last week. The challenges and maintenance were addressed. The truck shimmied @ 65 mph so I took it back for a follow up. It was determined the wheels/tires were out of balance/un-even wear/alignment/etc. (strange since the 100k service included a complete brake job and tire rotation that I would have assumed would have identified the problem). Short story = the shop balanced the tires and gave me a discount on the service. I am satisfied - but only marginally this time.

Great job. Brought in my vehicle and talked to Ravi a few times in the shop and over the phone. Ravi was professional and very good at explaining what needs to be done. The repair job was excellent, too.
