I would have given it a 5 star if the person on the store counter was friendly but he was pretty abrupt when I asked him a question. Otherwise, the place was clean, efficient and service was good.

I bought a battery from this place less than 3 years ago. It had a five year warranty. While at the Nissan dealer they tested it and said it needed replacing . So I brought my car in to the Shell where i bought it with the receipt of purchase. They tested it and said its ok . Baloney. They make it very difficult for someone to take advantage of the warranty. There dishonest and ill never go there again. Another stab in the back by the auto industry.

Service was great. I showed up without an appointment. Even though they were busy, they took a look and gave me an estimate. A good hour later, I was able to pick up my car and the costs were less than the estimate because they had been able to use less expensive parts. Not much more one can ask for. Definitely will be back!
