Overall good service. Labor cost seems a little high at $120/hr. They found the problem and took care of it, and were responsive to my questions.

It's not first time that they help me with my car.I'm really happy.If my car again need help, I go only back to Palo Alto Shell. I recommend this place to my friends. Service was great and Ravi K was excellent. Prices were a little on the high end, I would consider getting other quotes before coming again. Overall I was very happy with everything.

Ravi and team's service is always friendly and accurate. We appreciate that the service crew doesn't overcharge or append unneeded services. We think of the service team as our well-informed auto repair advisers who leave the decision-making to us.

Smog check service was quick--even quicker than they told me it would be. Mechanics were very nice, professional, and knowledgable. The gave me very thorough documentation for the smog check.
