I initially came here for just an oil change while I was looking for a new mechanic (after my old one screwed me). I ended up speaking with the employee who maintenanced my car for an understanding of what they serviced--other than simply the oil. Everything seemed copacetic in terms of labor and cost. After reading the reviews on yelp, it was clear that I spoke with the manager, Ravi. I must say, I have never met a more genuine, assiduous and courteous individual in the car service industy. Ravi has given me advice on extending my cars longevity and he has still to this day beat every competitors price. I am very thankful to have found an honest person who knows my car. I have been going to Palo Alto Shell for three years now because of Ravi's service. If he ever leaves, I plan on going with him.
