Courteous service

I gave Palo Alto Shell a call late Friday afternoon to install a new tire before the weekend and they said to come in around 4PM. Not only did they take care of the installation within 30 minutes, but the customer service was great. Both Ravi at the service desk and Justin who did the installation were great. I will definitely come back to this shop for more repairs. Incidentally, I ordered my new tire from TireRack-com and they highly recommended Palo Alto Shell for local installation and can ship new tires directly to their shop after ordering online. I will do that next time.
