I came in to make an appointment for a smog check and was able to get the service done as a walk-in. Excellent prompt service. The cashier in the garage as well as the one in the store were both very professional and friendly.

Had 2 tires replaced after buying and having delivered from Tire Rack. Very promptly got an email from Palo Alto Shell; went at scheduled time and they finished the work ahead of schedule. Excellent, smooth service, would do it again.

Ravi is amazing. Some of these reviews are completely unjustified. I have been coming here for 6+ years. Usually I come with no plan I just show up. I have never been turned away. Ravi is always there with no exception. Always attentive and accommodating. I have three cars I bring in on a rotating basis for oil change, battery change, alternator, new tires, flat tire, engine light on, headlamps out. I could go on and on. I immediately receive a call directly from Ravi regarding the specifics of the issue, the cost breakdown and a approximate time it will be ready for pick up. He is thorough, prompt and again completely accommodating. I have referred many friends and colleagues here and they have all had the same experience. I'm super grateful.
